When teams already have designers in place, I work alongside them as a strategic partner. My role isn’t to override or out-perform the team…it’s to help.

This often looks like guidance and mentorship, helping with product design strategy, shaping problem framing, and supporting design leaders as they navigate ambiguity, tradeoffs, and scale.

No Design Function in Place

In earlier-stage teams or transitional moments, I sometimes step in as the sole designer.

In these cases, the work still starts with strategy. Defining what matters, what success looks like, and where focus will create leverage.

The goal is to get you up and running quickly, and to help the team establish clarity and momentum that can scale beyond me.
