I don’t jump into design. I start by asking questions.
I've worked with companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprise, in big data, financial services, education, and enterprise software. The problems look different on the surface but underneath, they're usually the same. It’s teams building out features and moving fast, without enough clarity about where they're going.
My job is to get people on the same page and help the team see the problem, giving them the clarity to own the solution themselves. When people feel ownership of the work, it’s usually done better.
